Town Bizness Hibachi is at 595 15th Street in downtown Oakland. The idea is simple: the steak, seafood and fried rice you’d wait an hour for at a teppanyaki table, cooked the same way on our grill and handed to you in a box — at 11 in the morning or 11 at night.
